Nigiri

Nigiri sushi is the most traditional form of sushi you will see. This species is considered one of the most popular. Nigiri means “compression”. It is one of the few species that does not have a burrow, that is, seaweed that serves as a wrapper. This type of sushi consists of one topping (of your choice) placed on a palm-squeezed piece of sushi rice. Mostly oblong.

Sashimi is thinly sliced raw seafood, usually fish, cut into thin pieces and served without rice. Sashimi is most commonly made with tuna, but can also be made with other popular fish such as: sea bream, flounder, salmon, shrimp, squid, mackerel, octopus, yellowtail, scallops, sea urchin.
Maki

Maki sushi is a common type of sushi around the world. This type of sushi can be made up of various ingredients such as fish, seafood, vegetables, eggs, and sushi rice. All of these ingredients are rolled together into nori. The sushi rolls are then cut into pieces before serving. They are usually eaten with soy sauce, although other sauces can be added to taste. Gunkan sushi

Gunkan sushi means oval, and is translated from Japanese as a ship, and indeed, at first glance it looks like the silhouette of a black ship.
